摘要
目的:建立中青一号颗粒的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验考察提取条件,以(R,S)-告依春含量为指标,以溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数为因素,建立中青一号、蒲公英、紫菀、地丁等药材最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳水提取参数为12、10倍水提取2次,每次提取时间为60 min。结论:该提取工艺切实可行,为中青一号的开发提供必要依据。
Objective: To establish the extraction progress of Zhongqing No.1 Granule. Methods: Taking the content of (R,S)-goitrine as evaluating indicator, the influencing factors including solvent volume, time and times of extraction were investegated to evaluate extracting procedure by orthogonal experiment. Results: The optimum extracting condition was extracted 2 times with 12 and 10 times volume of solvent respectively, and every extraction time was 60 minutes. Conclusion: The extraction progress is feasible to be applied into manufacture, which supports necessary evidences for development and application of Zhongqing No.1 Granule.
