试论唐宗海对汗血的论治

Diagnosis and Treatment of Hanxue by TANG Zonghai

汗血指血液由汗孔而出的一种疾病,属于血证的范畴。在唐宗海之前,血证的理论尚未完备,至《血证论》出现,出血性疾病的论治才达到一个新高度。唐宗海将汗血归于血外渗性疾病。本文从唐宗海的血证理论入手,分析汗血产生的原因,归纳总结出其治疗汗血的特色方法,旨在通过对专科医家思想的探微,发现能指导临床的新思路、新方法,为更好地治疗出血性疾病提供一些理论依据。

Hanxue(blood from sweat pore) is a disease that blood comes out of the sweat pores, which belongs to the category of blood syndrome. Theory of blood disease was not complete until Treaties on Blood Syndrome came out, which was written by TANG Zonghai, and the diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhagic disease reached a new altitude. TANG Zonghai ascribed Hanxue to blood extravasation. This article started with TANG Zonghai's theory of haemorrhage, it analyzed the cause of Hanxue and summed up the characteristic method of the treatment. It is aiming at finding a new way to guide the clinical practice and provide some theories for a better treatment for hemorrhagic disease.
