摘要
基于移印的自动化设备有很大的市场需求。本文针对特定形状的摩托车把开关座设计了一种基于移印的电气控制自动传送装置,包括气动控制回路、传感器检测、PLC可编程控制器控制系统等,协调驱动移印机以及自动传送装置的限料机构、升降换位机构、步进传送机构和翻转机构完成各动作,从而实现了该机构的表面自动印刷。此自动控制装置实现了印刷过程的自动化,既能减轻操作工人劳动强度、提高效率,又可以保证印刷质量。实际使用情况表明,装置工作状态良好,运行平稳可靠。
The automation equipment based on pad printing enjoys great market need. This paper designs an electric controlled automatic transmission device based on pad printing aiming at the switch base of motorbike handlebar in specific shape, including pneumatic control loop, sensor detection and programmable logic controller operating system. They work together with the pad printing machine and the material limiting organization, lifting and switchover mechanism stepping transmission mechanism and turnover mechanism of automatic transmission device to achieve superficial automatic printing. This automatic control device realizes the automation of printing, which can reduce the labor density, improve efficiency and also ensure the printing quality. The actual use shows that the device operates well and achieves stable operation.
