微时代高校主流话语权威的消解与重塑

The Dissolution and Reconstruction of the Mainstream Discourse Authority in Colleges and Universities in the Micro-era

“主流话语权威”不是依靠外力强制的约束,而是基于主流话语得到理解和认同而使人自觉内化与自愿服从的“软性”权威。但是,微时代背景下高校主流话语权威呈现多种消解态势,具体表现为:“微形象”失真,即话语主体权威虚化;“微意志”多向,即话语内容权威淡化;“微思维”畸变,即话语传播权威弱化。高校必须通过回归“微角色”,重构话语主体权威;加强“微引领”,提升话语内容权威;创新“微模式”,彰显话语传播权威等多种路径,重塑微时代高校主流话语权威。

The“mainstream discourse authority”in this paper is not based on the constraints imposed by external forces,but on the“soft”authority that makes people consciously internalize and voluntarily obey based on the understanding and recognition of mainstream discourse.However,under the background of micro-era,the mainstream discourse authority of colleges and universities presents a variety of disintegration situations,which are manifested as“micro-image”distortion,that is,the authority of the discourse subject is blurred;“micro-will”is multi-directional,that is,the authority of discourse content is weakened;“micro-thinking”distortion,that is,the weakening of discourse communication authority.Colleges and universities must reconstruct the authority of discourse subject by returning to“micro-role”;strengthen“micro-leading”,enhance the authority of discourse content;innovate“micro-mode”,highlight the various channels of discourse communication authority,and reshape the mainstream discourse authority of colleges and universities in the micro-era.
