摘要
"同课异构"训练模式能够促进师范生增长专业知识和专业能力的提高,能培养新课程改革需要的专业基础扎实、创新型、反思型的小学英语教师。"同课异构"训练模式实施时授课内容应以小学英语教材上的课题为主,配合说课、微格试讲、课后研讨和反思。
The training of mode of Heterogeneous Classes with One Topic can promote professional knowledge and ability of teachers college students. It is effective to train innovative and reflective primary English teachers for the reform of New Curriculum. The mode should be based on the topic of primary English textbooks, combined with lectures, micro-teaching, after-school discussions and reflections.
