不同中药外敷方案治疗血循毒蛇咬伤的效果分析

Effect analysis of different Traditional Chinese Medicine external methods in the treatment of patients with blood circulation snakebite

目的 探讨不同中药外敷方案治疗血循毒蛇咬伤的临床效果。 方法 选取2018年5月至2018年11月本院收治的100例血循毒蛇咬伤患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。观察组给予湿润外敷治疗,对照组给予传统干燥外敷治疗。比较两组住院时间、治愈出院情况、入院前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及肢体肿胀范围。 结果 两组患者均治愈出院;观察组平均住院时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05);入院时,两组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),入院后第1、3、7天,观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);入院时,两组肿胀范围比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),入院后第1、3、7天,观察组肿胀范围明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 中药湿润外敷法治疗血循毒蛇咬伤患者疗效显著,能够有效改善患者肢体疼痛程度及肿胀范围,缩短住院时间。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of different traditional Chinese medicine external methods in the treatment of patients with blood circulation snakebite. Methods A total of 100 blood circulation snakebite patients treated in our hospital from May. 2018 to Nov. 2018 were selected, and they were divided into observation group (n=50) and control group (n=50) according to random number table. Thepatiets in the observation group weretreated with moist external application method, and in the control group weretreated with traditional dry external application method. The hospitalization time, the condition of cure and leave hospital, the score of visual analogue scale (VAS) and limb swelling range before and after admission ofthe two groups were compared. Results The patients in the two groups were all cured and leaved hospital.The average hospital stay in observation group was significantly lower than that incontrol group (P<0.05).On admission, there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups (P>0.05).The 1st, 3rd and 7th day after admission, the VAS score in observation group was significantly lower than that incontrol group (P<0.05).On admission, there was no significant difference in the swelling range between the two groups (P>0.05). The 1st, 3rd and 7th day after admission, the swelling range in observation group was significantly lower than that incontrol group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of moist external application method with Chinese medicine on blood circulation snakebite patients is remarkable, which can effectively improve the limb pain degree and swelling range in patients, and shorten the length of hospital stay.
