TEP对腹股沟疝患者的治疗效果及对炎症因子的影响

Curative effect of TEP on patients with inguinal hernia and its effect on inflammatory factor

目的 探究完全腹膜外补片植入术(TEP)对腹股沟疝患者的治疗效果及对炎症因子的影响。 方法 选取2017年6月至2017年8月本院收治的144例腹股沟疝患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=72)和观察组(n=72)。对照组采用经腹腔腹膜前补片植入术(TAPP),观察组采用TEP术。比较两组手术情况、术后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、术前和术后炎症因子水平及并发症发生情况。 结果 观察组手术时间、总费用及术后VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术后12小时、24小时,两组超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平明显高于术前1小时(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术后24小时,两组hs-CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平明显高于术后12小时(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 TEP对腹股沟疝患者的治疗效果较好,能有效降低患者炎症因子水平及并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the efficacy of totally extraperitoneal prosthesis (TEP) on inguinal hernia patients and its effect on inflammatory factor. Methods A total of 144 inguinal hernia patients treated in our hospital from Jun. 2017 to Aug. 2017 were selected, and they were divided into control group (n=72) and observation group (n=72) by random number table method. In the control group patients were treated with transabdominalpreperitoneal prosthesis (TAPP), and in the observation group weretreated with TEP. The surgical conditions, postoperative visual analogue scale (VAS), inflammatory factor level at preoperatively and postoperatively and the occurrences of complications of two groups were compared. Results The operation time, total cost and postoperative VAS score in observation group were significantly lower than those incontrol group (P<0.05).12 h, 24 h after surgery, the levels of high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in both groups were significantly higher than those at1 h preoperatively (P<0.05), and the observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05). 24 h after surgery, the levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 in both groups were significantly higher than those at 12 h postoperatively (P<0.05).The complication rate in observation group was significantly lower than that incontrol group (P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of TEP on inguinal hernia patients is remarkable, and it can effectively reduce inflammatory factors levels and incidence of complications in patients.
