高职幼儿发展与健康管理专业社会需求调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Social Needs of Early Childhood Development and Health Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

幼儿发展与健康管理是一个新开专业。了解社会人才需求与专业岗位性质有助于该专业人才培养方案的制订。通过对社会家长及早教工作者同时分别调查分析发现,两类人群对学前教育都是高度重视,但性别差异明显,幼儿教育小学化观点态度一致。总结发现目前早教人员知能结构不能满足岗位需求,幼儿发展与健康管理专业更适合社会需要。最后提出家长与学前教育机构间形成共识益于婴幼儿发展与健康管理的结论建议。

Early childhood development and health management is a new major.Understanding the social talent demands and the character of professional posts is helpful to the formulation of talent training programs.Through the investigation and analysis of social parents and early teaching educators at the same time,it is found that the two groups of people pay high attention to preschool education.But the gender difference is obvious,and the views and attitudes on primary education in early childhood education is the same.It is found that the knowledge structure of early childhood educators can not meet the needs of the posts,and the specialty of early childhood development and health management is more suitable for the needs of society.Finally,some conclusions and suggestions are put forward that parents and preschool institutions need to form a consensus,which is beneficial to the development and health management of infants and young children.
