高职思政特色教育与专业教育协同育人的机制研究——以太原旅游职业学院女性特色教育为例

On the Mechanism of Synergetic Education between Ideological-political Characteristic Education and Professional Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校学生综合素质的发展应是全面的、可持续的发展,然当下的高职教育更侧重于学生的技能培养及职业发展。在践行立德树人的背景下,本文以高职女性特色教育为切入点,通过问卷调查、访谈等方式调研高职在校学生、高职毕业学生、行企人员在全面发展过程中,由于协同育人机制的缺失导致的个体发展不全面、不协调、不可持续问题,进而以太原旅游职业学院女性特色教育的现有模式为切入点,探索并构建思政特色教育与专业教育协同育人的机制。

The quality development of higher vocational college students should be comprehensive and sustainable.But the current higher vocational education pays more attention to the cultivation of students’skills and career development.Under the background of cultivating students with high morality,with surveys and questionnaires,this paper takes the female characteristic education of higher vocational education as the breakthrough point,investigates the students in higher vocational colleges and those employed in enterprises.Due to the lack of cooperative education mechanism,the individual development is not comprehensive,uncoordinated and unsustainable.The existing mode of female characteristic education in Taiyuan Tourism Vocational College is taken as the starting point.Exploring and constructing the mechanism of synergy education between ideological-political characteristic education and professional education.
