On Cultivation of Career Planning Consciousness of Higher Vocational College Students

通过对近年来高职院校学生的职业规划教育进行分析,反思查找目前在高职院校学生职业规划教育中的不足,并分析其背后原因,提出今后高职院校学生职业规划教育的改进措施,以期更好地培养学生职业规划的意识。

Through the analysis of career planning education of students in higher vocational colleges in recent years,its shortcomings are reflected and the reasons behind them are analyzed.In order to better cultivate students’awareness of career planning,the improvement measures of career planning education in higher vocational colleges in the future are put forward.
