On Path and Its Systematic Construction of College Counselors’ Political Care for Students

高校辅导员通过政治统领和思想引领,引导学生的政治社会化进程,促成学生在政治上的成熟与自觉,其路径包括对学生政治需要、认知、心理、情感、行为及信仰的关注、校正、疏导、规范、培育和引领等;其建构,需通过加强辅导员培训、完善激励机制、积极宣传推广、强化组织建设、促进项目开发与平台建设等,进一步整合高校思政工作资源。

Through political leadership and ideological guidance,college counselors guide students’political socialization process and promote students’political maturity and consciousness.Their paths include paying attention to students’political needs,cognition,psychology,emotion,behavior and beliefs,correcting,guiding,standardizing,cultivating and leading,etc.Their construction needs to further integrate the ideological and political work resources of colleges and universities through strengthening the training of counselors,improving the incentive mechanism,actively publicizing and promoting,strengthening organizational construction,promoting project development and platform construction,etc.
