新时代加强和改进高职院校基层党建工作的实践路径研究

On Practical Paths of Strengthening and Improving Party Construction at Grass-roots Level in Higher Vocational Colleges in New Era

加强基层党建工作是确保高职院校坚持正确办学方向的根本保证、提高高职院校基层组织建设质量的迫切需要、引领高职院校教育事业改革发展的必然要求。基于高职院校基层党建工作的现实基础,必须加强和改进高职院校基层党建工作的实践路径,即坚持一个统领,确保中国特色社会主义办学方向;强化两翼支撑,不断完善党建责任和组织体系;实施四项工程,全面提升基层党建工作质量水平。

Strengthening Party construction at the grass-roots level is the fundamental guarantee to ensure that higher vocational colleges adhere to the correct direction of running schools,the urgent need to improve the quality of grass-roots organization construction in higher vocational colleges and the inevitable requirement to lead the reform and development of higher vocational education.Based on the realistic foundation of Party construction work in higher vocational colleges,we must strengthen and improve the practical path of Party construction work at the grass-roots level,that is,adhering to one leading,to ensure the direction of running schools under socialism with Chinese characteristics;we should increase the support of both wings and constantly improve the responsibility and organizational system of Party construction;we need implement“Four Projects”to improve the quality of Party construction at grass-roots level in an all-round way.
