中国内地腹腔镜肥胖与代谢病外科手术现状及展望

Current situation and prospect of laparoscopic bariatric surgeries for obesity and metabolic diseases in China's Mainland

中国内地的腹腔镜肥胖与代谢病外科起始于2000年,经过19年的发展,年手术量从最初几例发展到2018年的1万余例,呈快速发展趋势。此文以2008-2018年中国内地腹腔镜肥胖与代谢病外科年手术量及术式为切入点,分析其变化趋势,揭示其面临的问题,提出解决方案,以期为中国内地肥胖与代谢病外科发展和研究提供一定的参考。

Laparoscopic bariatric surgeries for obesity and metabolic diseases were firstly introduced in China's Mainland in 2000. Over 19 years,the total number of these surgeries has grown from a few cases to more than 10 000 per year in 2018,showing a trend of rapid development. This study analyzed the development of laparoscopic bariatric surgeries based on the total numbers and operations of the surgery in China's Mainland from 2008 to 2018. This article takes the annual operation quantity and surgical methods of laparoscopic obesity and metabolic disease surgery in China's Mainland from 2008 to 2018 as the cut-in point,analyzes its changing trend,reveals the problems, and proposes solutions in order to provide a certain reference for the development and research of obesity and metabolic disease surgery in China's Mainland.
