摘要
为了解决普通液压挖掘机斗杆回路能源利用率低的问题,研制了一种新型斗杆完全再生回路。此种斗杆再生回路解决了工程中斗杆回路不能完全再生的情况。利用AMESim仿真软件对斗杆联的再生回路进行建模仿真,并对斗杆的完全再生特性进行研究。同时利用多路阀试验台对斗杆再生进行测试以验证仿真的正确性,并为技术的改进提供相应的技术参数。
In order to solve the problem of low energy utilization in the stick circuit of the ordinary hydraulic excavator, a new type of stick complete regeneration circuit is developed. The regenerative circuit of the stick was solved of the situation that the bucket circuit can not be fully regenerated. The AMESim simulation software was used to model and simulate the regenerative circuit of the stick link, and to study on the complete,regeneration characteristics of the stick. At the same time, multi-way valve test bench is used to test and verify the correctness of the simulation of stick regeneration, and the technical parameters are provided for the improvement of the technology.
