摘要
为了解决磨料水射流加工过程中射流分散以及磨料分布随机的问题,采用在聚焦管处加入辅助磁场的方法。利用COMSOL Multiphysics软件数值模拟磁场辅助磨料水射流喷嘴内外在多物理场作用下流场分布规律,采用湍流、粒子追踪、磁场三模块分析磁性磨料在磁场、重力场、流场等多物理场作用下的运动状况,仿真结果表明:施加辅助磁场后,射流的发散性减弱,准直性增强,在磁场、重力场和流场的耦合作用下,微细磨料被约束在射流轴线附近,实现了磨料的聚集效应。模拟结果表明,辅助磁场有助于提高磨料水射流加工效率和加工表面质量。
In order to solve the problem of the dispersion of the jet and the random distribution of the abrasive in the processing of abrasive water jet, a method of adding auxiliary magnetic field at the focus tube is adopted. Numerical simulate of the flow field distribution of magnetic field assisted abrasive water jet was carried out by help of COMSOL Multi-physics software. The turbulence model, particle tracing modules and magnetic field modules were used to analyze the movement of magnetic abrasive under the effect of magnetic field, gravity field and flow field. The simulation results show that the jet divergence become weaken and the collimation is enhanced when the auxiliary magnetic field is applied. The micro magnet abrasive is gathered along the axis of the jet by the coupling of magnetic field, gravity field and flow field, and the agglomeration effect of the abrasive is achieved. The simulation results show that the auxiliary magnetic field helps to improve the processing efficiency of abrasive water jet and the processing surface quality.
