随着经济的快速发展,能源紧缺的矛盾日益突出,西二露天矿为满足生产的需要,结合矿区褐煤的特点对开采工艺进行比选,最终采用拉斗铲综合开采方案,即上部松散层采用外包剥离,下部岩石采用拉斗铲倒堆工艺。煤层采用单斗挖掘机-自卸式卡车-他移式破碎站-带式输送机半连续工艺。此工艺具有投资少,运营成本低,经济效益好等特点。

With the rapid development of economy,the contradiction of energy shortage has become increasingly prominent.In order to meet the needs of production,Xier Open-pit Mine compares and selects the mining technology according to the characteristics of lignite in the mining area,and finally adopts the comprehensive mining scheme of pull-bucket shovel,that is,the upper loose layer is stripped by outsourcing,and the lower rock is dumped by pull-bucket shovel.The coal seam adopts semi-continuous technology of single bucket excavator-dump truck-other moving crushing station-belt conveyor.This process has the characteristics of less investment,low operation cost and good economic benefit.
