In order to further improve the level of dispatching management and give full play to dispatching function,the article describes the characteristics and basic principles of dispatching management,combines with the production and operation characteristic in Shengli energy company,analyzes the effect of dispatching management in production and operation,which can provide reference for the enterprise to strengthen dispatching management.
