摘要
研究智能加工系统中轨道式自动引导车RGV的动态调度问题,通过对一般问题的探讨,将时间类比于距离,针对一道工序、两道工序的情况,建立基于最短路径的动态调度模型并通过MATLAB实现,进而确定动态调度策略,求出智能加工系统的工作效率。对所建立的动态调度模型进行分析,探讨其改进与推广。
In this paper,the dynamic scheduling problem of RGV in an intelligent processing system is studied.Based on the discussion of general problems and the analogy of time to distance,the dynamic scheduling model on the basis of the shortest path is established for the case of one procedure and two procedures.The dynamic scheduling strategy and the working efficiency of the intelligent processing system are obtained by MATLAB.
