This paper proposes to design a fully automatic roadside parking ground lock device.Which mainly introduces the structure and shape design of the device, the system circuit design and the selection of important equipment.The device is characterized in automatic parking and locking,unattended,self-service billing and other functions.It not only optimizes the roadside parking management mode,but also saves a lot of human resources.In this era of rapid development of science and technology and economy,intelligent and fully automatic management mode is the inevitable trend.Automatic and intelligent parking device has a great prospect of development and application.
