超声引导下甲状腺结节细针穿刺TBSRTC Ⅰ型的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 甲状腺细针穿刺(FNA)起源于20世纪30年代,已经发展为一种广泛使用的微创诊断方式.而超声引导下甲状腺结节细针穿刺细胞学检查(ul-trasound guided fine-needle aspiration cytology,UG-FNAC)凭借精确的定位及避免相邻血管、神经损伤等优势,被认为是评估甲状腺结节良恶性的首选方式[1].
