反馈式健康教育对糖尿病72例胰岛素注射的效果分析

摘要 我国糖尿病患者逐年递增,胰岛素是糖尿病常用和重要的治疗手段.近年来笔式胰岛素注射器普遍使用,许多患者在医院、社区、家庭中自我注射胰岛素[1],但胰岛素不规范注射现象普遍存在.对于长期注射胰岛素的患者,能否规范注射胰岛素是控制血糖的关键,关系到糖尿病的治疗效果.常规的健康指导是"你教我学",示范是单方向的,学习对象不能完整记忆,也易忘记.护士找出教学对象动作中的不足和错误的地方,进行对比、示范、追加反馈,促使学习者容易理解、领会和掌握注射的规范要求.我院内分泌科应用反馈式健康教育,对糖尿病患者胰岛素笔自我注射技术和相关知识的效果进行分析.
