Li2O质量分数对工业搪瓷耐酸性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在耐候钢材表面预置含有不同质量分数氧化锂(Li2O)的搪瓷釉料,经烧结制备搪瓷涂层。采用扫描电子显微镜、光学轮廓仪、热膨胀仪以及X射线衍射仪研究了Li2O质量分数对瓷层组织结构及耐酸性能的影响。结果表明:增加Li2O质量分数可以降低瓷釉软化点,改善瓷层与基材膨胀系数的相容性,使其在烧结过程中形成更加平整的表面;Li2O可以改善瓷层的显微组织,促进瓷釉分相,从而显著提高瓷层的耐酸性能。 Enamel coatings were fabricated on the weathering steel surface by sintering method using enamel glass with different lithium oxide(Li2O) mass fraction.The effect of Li2O mass fraction on the microstructure and acid resistance of enamel coating was studied by scanning electron microscopy,optical profilometer,thermal dilatometer and X-ray diffractometer.The results show that increasing the mass fraction of Li2O can reduce the softening point of enamel glass and improve the compatibility of thermal expansion coefficient between the enamel coating and the substrate,which makes enamel coating more smooth in the sintering process.In addition,Li2O can improve the microstructure of enamel coating and promote the phase separation of enamel glass,which can significantly improve the acid resistance of enamel coating.
