测绘地理信息移动采集与管理服务平台研究与应用

Application of Mobile Acquisition and Management Service Platform for Surveying Mapping and Geoinformation

针对传统测绘在数据采集与项目管理上存在单兵作业、依赖传统纸质地图、数据采集内容单一、采集效率低下、项目管理粗略等不足,思考了测绘数据采集者亦可以是基于位置的服务者,提出了在数据采集的同时为自己或者同伴提供数据服务,实现了数据采集实时共享与协同作业、内外业采编一体化、测绘项目智能化管理的方案,研发了一套测绘地理信息采集与管理服务平台。平台集成了安全稳定的后台服务系统、简便高效的外业终端采集系统以及内业数据处理系统,实现内外业数据一体化,为行业提供新的解决方案。

Traditional surveying and mapping gradually becomes limited because of individual operations, relying on traditional paper maps, single data collection content, low collection efficiency and rough project management. This paper pointed out that survey data collectors can also be LBS service consumers, and then proposed a new solution in which data collectors can service themselves or partners by real-time collected data. The solution promotes real-time sharing and collaborative working while collecting, integration of internal and external jobs, intelligent management of surveying and mapping projects. A set of surveying mapping and geoinformation and management service platform was developed, which integrated security and stable background service system, simple and efficient external terminal acquisition system, data processing system.
