27份紫花苜蓿种质资源萌发期抗旱性评价 被引量:8

摘要 以27份紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)种质资源为试材,利用10%的聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)溶液模拟干旱胁迫条件开展了紫花苜蓿萌发期抗旱性研究;以相对发芽率、萌发胁迫指数、萌发抗旱指数和活力抗旱指数作为苜蓿抗旱性鉴定的指标,并运用隶属函数法对紫花苜蓿抗旱性进行了综合评价。结果表明,27份紫花苜蓿试材萌发期抗旱性存在显著差异,属于高抗旱性的种质材料有4份,分别是西宁、肇东、中苜1号和石家庄;属于中等抗旱水平的11份;属于抗旱性较弱的12份。地方品种资源中蕴藏着优异抗旱基因,充分挖掘地方品种资源是筛选和培育抗旱紫花苜蓿品种的有效途径。 The experiment was conducted to estimate drought resistance of 27 alfalfa germplasm resources at seed germination stage by simulating drought stress with 10% polyethylene glycol ( PEG-6000) solution,and relative germination rate,germination stress index,germination drought resistance index and vigor drought re- sistance index were measured,and the comprehensive valuation for drought resistance of each germplasm re- source was conducted by weighting membership function analysis. The results show that there are obvious differences for drought resistance at seed germination stage among 27 alfalfa germplasm resources,and four with highly resistance,including Xining,Zaodong,Zhongmu No. 1 and Shijiazhuang;eleven with middle re- sistance;twelve with weak resistance. Drought-tolerant gene resources may be found in the country varietal re- sources,and this is a effective approach of cultivating resistant varieties of alfalfa.
