创伤评分系统对严重创伤患者伤情评估的研究

Study of the Trauma Scoring System for the Injury Evaluation of Patients with Severe Trauma

目的:分析对严重创伤患者采用创伤评分系统进行伤情评估的临床价值。方法:80例严重创伤患者均通过创伤评分系统对伤情进行评估,以救治结果为依据将所选患者分成两组,其中死亡组3例,存活组77例,对两组创伤评分差异及各项相关指标差异进行对照分析。结果:存活组新损伤严重度积分、急性生理及慢性健康评分、损伤严重度评分、全身严重反应综合征评分均低于死亡组,创伤与损伤严重程度评分、创伤严重度特征评分均高于死亡组,两组手术次数、收缩压、脉搏、输血量存在统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:对严重创伤患者来说,通过创伤评分系统对伤情进行评估,可以将病情严重程度显示出来,为预后判断提供参考。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of the trauma assessment system for the injury evaluation of patients with severe trauma. Methods: 80 patients with severe trauma were assessed by trauma scoring system. The selected patients were divided into two groups according to the results of treatment. There were 3 patients in the death group and 77 patients in the survival group. The relevant indicators were compared and analyzed. Results: The scores of new injury severity, acute physiology and chronic health score, injury severity score, and systemic severe reaction syndrome scores in the survival group were lower than those in the death group. The scores of trauma and injury severity and the severity of trauma were higher than death group. There were statistical differences in the number of operations, systolic blood pressure, pulse rate and blood transfusion between the two groups, P<0.05. Conclusion: For patients with severe trauma, the injury score system can be used to assess the severity of the disease and provide a reference for prognosis.
