摘要
目的:分析不同分娩方式对新生儿脐动脉血气的影响。方法:从2017年2月~2018年2月期间某院收治的所有孕产妇当中随机选取其中的120例作为本次的观察研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组产妇均为剖宫产,观察组为阴道分娩,对两组新生儿的脐动脉血进行血气分析。结果:两组新生儿的脐动脉血气中,pH值、PaCO2值以及Lac值均存在显著差异,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;在新生儿脐动脉血气分析中,对照组新生儿pH值<7.15占5%,观察组占25%,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:脐动脉血气分析可以充分地反映出新生儿的异常情况和机体内的环境,对孕产妇实施剖宫产分娩,能够显著有效的降低新生儿酸中毒的风险。
Objective: To analyze the effect of different delivery methods on umbilical artery blood gas in neonates. Methods: 120 cases of pregnant women admitted to a hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly selected as the object of this observation study, and divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group were treated with cesarean section, the observation group were treated with vaginal delivery. The umbilical arterial blood was analyzed in two groups. Results: In the umbilical artery blood gas of the two groups, there were significant differences in pH value, PaCO2 value and Lac value, P<0.05, and the differences were statistically significant. In neonatal umbilical arterial blood gas analysis, the neonatal pH value of the control group was 7.15 accounted for 5%, observation group accounted for 25%, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Umbilical artery blood gas analysis can fully reflect the abnormal situation of the newborn and the environment in the body, the implementation of cesarean section for maternal delivery can significantly and effectively reduce the risk of neonatal acidosis.
