综合护理干预在肛周脓肿患者围手术期对患者并发症发生率的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Complication Rate in Perioperative Period of Perianal Abscess Patients

目的:探讨综合护理干预在肛周脓肿患者围手术期的护理干预效果及对患者并发症发生率与生活质量的影响。方法:纳入2017年1月~2017年12月于某院就诊并行手术治疗的80例肛周脓肿患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组各40例。对照组以常规护理实施干预,研究组在其基础上给予综合护理干预,对比两组护理效果以及对患者并发症发生情况和生活质量的影响。结果:两组护理前VAS评分对比无显著差异(P<0.05);研究组护理后VAS评分明显低于对照组,且其住院时间和住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在肛周脓肿患者围手术期中实施综合护理干预可以缓解患者疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率。

Objective: To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period of perianal abscess patients and its influence on the incidence of complication rate and quality of life. Methods: 80 patients with perianal abscess who underwent concurrent surgery in a hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into study group and control group according to random number table, 40 cases in each. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention. The study group gave comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The effect of the two groups of nursing care and complications and quality of life were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before nursing(P<0.05);The VAS score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the length and cost of hospitalization were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period of patients with perianal abscess can relieve pain and reduce the incidence of complications.
