摘要
目的:探讨信息化综合防控体系在多重耐药菌(MDRO)防控措施的应用价值。方法:选取2016年1月~12月某院收治的120例MDRO感染患者设为A组,选择2017年7月~2018年6月在某院行信息化综合防控体系干预的90例MDRO感染患者设为B组,比较两组MDRO控制效果、抗菌药物使用及送检情况。结果:B组MDRO知识合格、MDRO感染上报比例高于A组,MDRO医院感染比例低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组抗菌药物使用率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组抗菌药物用前微生物检验样本送检率、特殊级抗菌药物使用前微生物检验样本送检率、限制级抗菌药物使用前微生物检验样本送检率、非限制级抗菌药物使用前微生物检验样本送检率均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:信息化监测可提高医务人员对MORO疾病知晓情况、MDRO感染上报,遏制细菌耐药,促进抗菌药物合理应用,降低MDRO医院感染比例。
Objective:To explore the application value of information-based integrated prevention and control system in the prevention and control of multi-drug resistant bacteria(MDRO).Methods:120 patients with MDRO infection admitted to a hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as group A,and 90 patients with MDRO infection treated by the comprehensive information prevention and control system in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected as group B.The control effect of MDRO,the use of antimicrobial agents and the situation of inspection were compared between the two groups.Results:MDRO knowledge qualified,MDRO infection reporting rate in group B was higher than that in group A,MDRO nosocomial infection rate was lower than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the use rate of antibiotics between the two groups(P>0.05);The rate of microbial test samples sent before the use of antibacterial drugs,the rate of microbial test samples sent before the use of special class antibacterial drugs,the rate of microbial test samples sent before the use of restricted class antibacterial drugs,and the rate of microbial test samples sent before the use of unrestricted class antibacterial drugs were all higher in group B than in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Informationized surveillance can improve the awareness of MORO disease and report MDRO infection among medical staff,curb bacterial resistance,promote rational use of antibiotics and reduce the proportion of MDRO hospital infection.
