论文通过对中小型企业质量发展的简要分析,结合研发管理中的团队建设、项目管理和知识管理等方面的工作实践,以研发流程优化为例,探讨了新形势下中小型企业利用规模优势和现有资源,应用过程方法解决系统问题的思路和建议,强调了加强研发流程监控管理和阶段评审的重要性。

By brief analysis, and combined with the practice of research management on the aspect of team building, project management and knowledge management, with the case study on R&D process optimization, this paper discusses the advantages of scale and utilization of the existing resources of small and medium enterprises under the new situation, gives ideas and suggestions on application of Process Approach to solve system problems, stressed the importance of strengthening the research process monitoring management and assessment at every stage.
