锚杆钻车行走系统远程动态测试技术

摘要 为提高履带行走机构的可靠性和使用寿命,针对锚杆钻车行走系统,研发了嵌入履带板的无线远程动态测试系统。在实验室进行了标定,并在地面工况下得到不同速度下履带行走的受力状态,取得了较好的效果。 In order to improve the reliability and service life of caterpillar track walking mechanism, a wireless remote dynamic testing system embedded with caterpillar track board has been developed for the walking system of bolt drill vehicle. Through the calibration in the laboratory, and under the ground condition, the force state of track walking at different speeds has been obtained, and good results have been achieved.
