摘要 分析了行走式液压支架用材料Q550D低合金高强度钢的化学成分、力学性能特点及Q550D碳当量、冷裂纹敏感性等焊接性能,就其焊接材料、焊接工艺、焊后处理及检验等进行研究。最终确定焊前预热,焊中保温,焊后热处理焊接工艺,在施工期间通过严格控制焊接电流、焊接速度、层间温度等确保焊接质量,结果未出现焊接不良、裂纹等焊接缺陷,满足了设备的使用要求。 The chemical composition, characteristics of mechanical properties and welding properties of low alloy high strength steel Q550D for walking hydraulic support, such as carbon equivalent of Q550D and cold crack sensitivity have been analyzed. The welding materials, welding process, post-treatment and inspection of low alloy high strength steel Q550D have been studied. Finally, the welding process of pre-welding, heat preservation in welding and post-welding heat treatment has been determined. During construction, the welding quality has been ensured by strictly controlling welding current, welding speed and interlayer temperature. The welding defects such as bad welding and cracks have not been found in the test results, which can meet the requirements of equipment.
