摘要
隧道施工中瓦斯等级直接影响施工工艺、设备防爆等级、工期、安全措施、管理制度和经济投入,故准确、科学、合理地划分工区的瓦斯等级对隧道施工尤为重要。依据相关标准要求,结合黄草二线隧道施工工艺、地质情况、瓦斯来源及涌出方式的不同特点,选择合适的鉴定方法,通过计算瓦斯绝对涌出量,确定隧道瓦斯等级,可指导隧道合理、科学、有效地进行瓦斯治理与管理,保障隧道施工安全。
Gas grade in tunnel construction directly affects construction technology, explosion-proof grade of equipment, construction period, safety measures, management system and economic investment. Therefore, accurate, scientific and reasonable division of gas grades in the work area is particularly important for tunnel construction. According to the relevant requirements, combined with different characteristics of construction technology, geological conditions, gas source and emission mode of Huangcao second line tunnel. By selecting identification method, compiling work program, preparing instruments, measuring arrangement, time of identification, measuring air volume in return air flow and gas and carbon dioxide concentration, the absolute emission quantity has been calculated to determine the gas grade of tunnel, which can guide the reasonable, scientific and effective gas control and management of the tunnel to ensure the safety of the tunnel construction.
