摘要
JSDB-15绞车用双速减速器的箱体是其关键零件,为进一步提高其性能质量,通过对箱体进行三维实体建模,在ANSYS中模拟减速器的工作状态进行有限元分析,可以为减速器箱体的校核和优化提供理论依据,降低生产成本和试验周期。经过实际使用,该减速器工作性能良好,证明了采用有限元分析的方法具有很好的可靠性。
The box of double speed reducer for winch JSDB-15 is a key part. In order to further improve its performance and quality, 3D solid modeling has been carried out on the box. The finite element analysis of the working state for the reducer in ANSYS can provide a theoretical basis for checking and optimizing the reducer box, and reduce the production cost and test cycle. After practical use, the reducer has good performance, which can prove that the finite element analysis method has good reliability.
