摘要
通过对转炉炉渣成分及矿物组成的分析,认为:在特定情况下,高炉喷吹转炉炉渣可以促进煤粉燃烧率、改善高炉冶炼条件,能够取得较好的经济效益。目前,在中国高炉现有的原料、燃料条件下,高炉喷吹转炉炉渣,不具备可行性。同时,目前的工艺流程、装备条件,无法支撑高炉喷吹转炉炉渣。
By analyzing the composition and mineral composition of the converter slag,it is concluded that, in particular circumstances, the converter slag can promote pulverized coal combustion rate,improve blast furnace smelting conditions and achieve better economic benefits. At present, it is not feasible to inject the converter slag into the blast furnace under the existing raw materials and fuel conditions in China. At the same time,the current technological process and equipment conditions cannot support injecting the converter slag into the blast furnace.
