摘要
借鉴钢产品带状组织相关研究成果,综合产线实际工况,对带状组织产生原因进行了分析定位。为减少低合金结构钢的带状组织,提高产品综合性能,通过一系列的对比试验,研究分析了热轧工艺对带状组织的影响。结果表明,热轧工艺温度控制、精轧单机架压下率和轧后冷却速率对带状组织具有较为显著的影响。
Based on the research results of strip structure of steel products and the actual working conditions of production line, the causes of strip structure are analyzed and located in this paper. In order to reduce the banded structure of low alloy structural steel and improve the comprehensive performance of the product, through a series of comparative tests, the effect of hot rolling process on banded structure was studied and analyzed. The results show that hot rolling temperature control, single stand reduction rate and cooling rate have significant effects on strip structure.
