炼铁全流程综合体系优化模型开发及应用

摘要 炼铁全流程综合体系模型通过优化各个工艺环节,寻求炼铁全流程的最低成本运营模式。该系统以Excel VBA技术开发,主要支持分步烧结配料优化、高炉炉料结构优化及以铁水用料成本为目标约束下的烧结及高炉综合成本优化。 In order to further reduce the cost of iron smelting, the operation mode for the lowest cost in the whole process of iron smelting is sought by optimizing each link through the comprehensive system model of the whole process of iron smelting. The system is developed with Excel VBA technology, which mainly supports the optimization of sintering batching, the optimization of blast furnace burden structure and the comprehensive optimization of sintering and blast furnace cost under the objective constraint of molten iron material cost.
