硫精矿提质及浮选回收锌的10 t/d规模半工业试验研究

摘要 云南某选厂硫精矿提质及浮选回收锌工序即将投资建设,在实验室小型试验结果基础上,优化了药剂制度及局部工艺流程,进行了10t/d规模半工业试验,最终可以得到锌品位42.88%、锌回收率61.37%的锌精矿,提质硫精矿中锌+铅含量降低至1.33%。该指标与小型试验指标接近,很好地验证了小型试验结果,为确定设计选矿工艺流程提供详实的技术资料。 The sulfur concentrate quality improvement process and zinc flotation recovery process in one Yunnan dressing plant is going to invest construction,on the basis of laboratory test results,the agent regime and the partial process flow were optimized,the 10 t/d pilot industrial test is carried out,so ultimately,we can get 42.88% zinc grade,61.37% zinc recovery rate,and in the upgrading sulfur concentrate,the content of zinc + lead is reduced to 1.33%. The above mentioned targets were very closed to the small test targets,so the small test results are verified well,which supply the detailed technical information for confirmation of the beneficiation process design.
