摘要 我国钛资源丰富,但多为可选性差的钛铁矿,为加强对低品位细粒钛铁矿的选别研究,系统的总结了钛铁矿选别工艺和浮选药剂的研究进展。选别工艺方面主要介绍了针对难选的细粒钛铁矿出现的絮凝浮选、载体浮选、乳化浮选等新工艺。浮选药剂方面概述了脂肪酸类捕收剂、羟肟酸类捕收剂、膦酸类捕收剂和苄基胂酸类捕收剂,利用协同效应研究的新型捕收剂、钛铁矿的活化剂和矿物脉石抑制剂及其作用机理。为钛铁矿的浮选提供理论基础,为选矿工作者提供技术参考。 China is rich in titanium resources,but most of them belong to the ilmenite with poor washability,so the research progress of flotation reagent and the mineral processing technology is summarized systematically in order to enhance the study on dressing process of ilmenite with low grade and fine particle size. In the aspect of the mineral processing technology,the flocculation flotation,carrier flotation,emulsion flotation and the other new technologies especially for the refractory,fine particle size ilmenite is mainly introduced. In the aspect of flotation reagents,the fatty-acid collector,hydroxamic acid collector,phosphonic acid collector and benzyl-arsine acid collector is summarized;the new type collecting agent,activator of ilmenite and the inhibitor depressor of ore gangue,as well its function mechanism is studied according to the synergistic effect. The above mentioned content supplys the theoretical basis to ilmenite flotation,and the technical parameters to the dressing workers.
