摘要
本文利用双跳变螺距和双锥形螺旋线结构和合理布置切断和衰减器的方法,并用MTSS软件对高频特性进行模拟计算,研制出一种大功率的宽带脉冲螺旋线行波管。该样管全频带(7.5~18GHz)峰值输出功率大于900W,工作比5%,尺寸310mm×39mm×36mm。
A broadband high power pulsed helix TWT is developed through the key design of double jump pitch and double conical spiral structure,and the reasonable layout of cut-off and dimmer.The high frequency system is simulated and calculated by MTSS.The output power of the TWT is great than 900W during the frequency range of 7.5~18 GHz with 5%pulsed duty cycle.The dimension of the tube is 310 mm×39 mm×36 mm.
