摘要
本文介绍了0.13THz折叠波导振荡管的设计与实验研究。通过仿真优化设计慢波结构,获得了最大输出功率为31W,在通过结构设计,研制出折叠波导振荡器初样管并进行了测试。通过测试,初样管在电压15.8kV、电流29mA的条件下,得到在0.13THz的频率下,最大连续波输出功率6W。由于电子光学系统的原因,初样管的电调节带宽仅有1GHz,从0.129到0.13THz,研究结果为瓦级功率太赫兹源的研制提供了新的思路。
This paper shows design and experiment results of 0.13 THz folded-waveguide oscillators.The folded-waveguide structure was manufactured by computerized numerical control machine.The initial oscillator was fabricated and tested.The result shows that a maximum output power of 6 W is obtained at 0.13THz with the voltage of 15.8 kV and the current of 29 mA.The electronic tuning bandwidth is only 1 GHz from 0.129 to 0.13 THz,which is restricted by the electron-optical system.The research provides a new developing idea for watt-level THz source.
