摘要
本文介绍了氮化铝粉末的性质和各种制备方法,探讨了氮化铝(AlN)粉末合成过程中,AlN粉末合成与碳源、铝源、氮气气氛与添加剂、反应温度与反应时间、高能球磨之间的关系。结果表明:不同的碳源和铝源直接关系到AlN粉末的纯度和粒径;反应温度和时间对AlN粉末的性能有着重要的影响;高能球磨有助于降低合成温度,指出了碳热还原法合成氮化铝粉末的主要研宄方向。
Aluminum nitride can be synthesized by carbothermic reduction.The characters and synthesis methods of AlN powder are introduced briefly in this paper.Carbothermic reduction synthesis of AlN power is strongly influenced by carbon and aluminum source,atmosphere,additives,reaction temperature and time.Different sources of carbon and aluminum directly determine the purity and particle size of AlN.Reaction temperature and time have an important influence on AlN powder performance.High-energy ball milling can reduce the synthesis temperature.The research trend in carbothermal reduction method is pionted out.
