摘要 通过对常规SMC用合股纱442C浸润剂配方进行优化,开发了新型442K产品,并用其增强热固性塑料制得复合模压片材。在使用过程中发现,442K的毛羽产生量较442C有明显下降。另外,442K制品的力学性能与常规442C制品相比有明显改善,特别是拉伸强度提升14%,并且制品表面质量也有所提高。该产品的成功开发进一步拓宽了其在SMC制品中的应用。 A new assembled roving 442K,which could be used to reinforce sheet molding compound(SMC),was developed based on the formula optimization of 442C.Then sheet of 442K reinforced thermosetting plastic was prepared by compression molding.In this process,less fuzz was found on 442K than that on 442C.Moreover,compared with 442C reinforced products,there was a significant increase in mechanical properties of 442K reinforced products,among which the tensile strength of 442K reinforced products was increased by 14%.Furthermore,the product reinforced with 442K has a higher surface performance compared with that reinforced with 442C.Benefited from these features,the application of 442K was largely expanded in SMC manufacture.
