高等学校是进行大学生休闲教育的重要场所,在培养大学生休闲价值观、休闲知识、休闲技能、休闲态度、提高休闲生活质量方面发挥着重要作用。休闲教育可以帮助学生更好地自我认知、发掘内在潜能,更好地理解休闲、生活和工作的关系,改善和提高个体与社会的亲密程度,促进社会和谐。目前,高校休闲教育状况并不乐观,可通过调整高校教学计划、教学组织形式、课程设置等方式将休闲教育纳入其中,加强休闲教育师资培养,充分发挥现代新媒体技术的影响力,使休闲教育发挥其应有的价值。

Colleges and universities are important places for leisure education of college students.It plays an important role in cultivating college students’leisure values,leisure knowledge, leisure skills, leisure attitude and improving the quality of leisure life.Leisure education can help students clearly understand themselves and explore their inner potential.Also, it can help students better understand the relationship between leisure,life and work. So as to improve the intimacy between individuals and society and promote social harmony.At present, the leisure education in colleges and universities is not optimistic.We can bring leisure education into it by adjusting teaching plan, teaching organizational form, curriculum setting and other ways.At the same time, we can strengthen the cultivation of leisure education teachers, give full play to the influence of modern new media technology and make leisure education play its due value.
