摘要
符号互动论认为,互动是个体生存和发展的前提条件。人与人之间的互动是通过符号进行的,个体要与他人进行良性互动,就必须理解他所接受或者发出的符号意义。通过剖析符号互动视角下师生互动的实然状态,从培养共同话题,生成互动符号;强化角色认知,解读互动符号;创设互动情境,共享互动符号;增强情感体验,内化互动符号等方面促进师生良性互动,进而达到建立和谐师生关系的目的。
Symbolic interaction theory holds that interaction is a prerequisite for individual survival and development. The interaction between people is through symbols. When an individual wants to interact positively with others, it must understand the symbolic meaning that he accepts or wants to emit. This paper analyzes the actual state of teacher-student interaction from the perspective of symbolic interaction, from cultivating common topics, generating interactive symbols;strengthening role cognition, interpreting interactive symbols;creating interactive situations, sharing interactive symbols;enhancing emotional experience, internalizing interactive symbols. Its purpose is to promote the benign interaction between teachers and students and to achieve the purpose of establishing a harmonious teacher-student relationship.
