摘要
近年来智能船的研究已经成为整个航运市场的热点话题。船舶智能化水平极大的依赖于对外部的环境的感知,气象服务系统极大影响着船舶航行的安全性和经济性,论文描述了一种适用于智能船航行系统的岸基气象数据服务的架构和功能设计,讨论了系统设计中气象数据区域划分、气象源选择、船岸系统交互及航行数据收集等核心问题。
In recent years,research on intelligent ship has become a hot topic in the entire shipping market.The level of ship intelligence depends heavily on the perception of the external environment.Meteorological service system greatly influences the safety and economical efficiency of ship navigation.This paper describes a framework and functional design of shore-based meteorological data services for intelligent ship navigation systems. The core issues of meteorological data region division,meteorological source selection, ship-shore system interaction and navigation data collection are discussed.
