摘要
为了研究湿热环境下玻璃纤维对环氧复合材料拉伸性能的影响,建立试验模型,以不同浸润剂配方生产的相同单丝直径及TEX值的玻璃纤维进行浸胶制样,样条在95℃下1%浓度的NaCl溶液中浸泡24 h、72 h后,样条拉伸强度变化,从而得出玻璃纤维对在湿热环境下环氧复合材料拉伸性能的影响,即选用合适的偶联剂生产的玻璃纤维,对复合材料湿态拉伸强度有明显的提升。
In order to study the effects of glass fibers on the tensile properties of epoxy composites in hot and humid environment, a testing model was established to prepare resin impregnated specimens with the same filament diameter and TEX value of glass fibers produced using different sizing formulations. After the specimens were soaked at 95 ° C for 24h and 72h in 1% NaCl solution, the tensile strength of the specimens changed, and the effect of glass fibers on the tensile properties of the epoxy composites in the hot and humid environment was concluded. Namely, glass fibers produced using suitable coupling agent could improve the wet tensile strength of composites significantly.
