摘要
目前全球商业化最成功的气凝胶产品是由二氧化硅气凝胶与玻璃纤维复合而成的毡状制品,其不仅保留了气凝胶导热系数低的特性,且具备柔性和抗拉强度高的特点,易于施工。相较于传统的绝热材料,在导热系数、力学性能、防水性、防火性能等方面具有诸多优势,目前在石化、电力、热力管网、建筑节能等行业得到广泛应用。采用国家标准、ASTM标准规定的测试方法,对搜集的国内主流气凝胶毡产品的性能进行了研究,阐述了目前国内气凝胶毡产业发展状况。
Recently, the most successful commercialized aerogel product in the world is the blanket product combing silica aerogel and fiberglass, which keeps the low thermal conductivity of aerogel, and is also flexible with high tensile strength and easy for installation. Compared to traditional thermal insulation products, it has many advantages in thermal conductivity, mechanical property, waterproof performance, and combustion performance, so it has been widely used in petrochemical, electric power, heat pipe network and building energy conservation industries. Adopting testing methods of national and ASTM standards, the properties of selected domestic mainstream aerogel blanket products have been tested, and the current development situation of domestic aerogel industry is expounded here.
