摘要 通过对燃料电池模块氢氧置换和吹扫两个方面进行可靠性试验,验证这两个因素对燃料电池可靠性的影响。其中排放间隔和排放时间对均一性、氢氧利用率和燃料电池寿命均有影响,需要综合考虑;而在满足电堆设计需求的情况下适当提高吹扫压力有利于电堆运行。 Reliability tests on hydrogen and oxygen substitution and purge of fuel cell modules are carried out to verify the effects of these two factors on fuel cells. The two factors of emission interval and time affect homogeneity, the hydrogen/oxygen utilization rate, and the life of the fuel cells, which need to be considered comprehensively. In order to meet the requirements of fuel cells design, properly increasing the purge pressure is beneficial for the operation of the fuel cells.
