摘要
Buck三电平变换器与正激级变换器级联构成的级联式DC-DC变换器,该拓扑电路结构具有输出整流电压受输入电压波动影响小的特点,因此适用于宽输入电压波动范围大的场合。该拓扑电路利用中间二极管实现了对正激级高频变压器磁通复位;通过分析该电路周期内的工作过程并试制了一台450-750V输入,多路输出的样机,并给出了当输入电压520V时实验相关波形。采用该拓扑结构,节省铜材料,减小变压器体积,动态特性好。
The cascaded DC-DC converter composed of Buck three-level converter and forward converter, has the characteristic with a small influence on the output rectifier voltage, so it is very suitable for wide input voltage fluctuation range. The flux reset of forward high frequency transformer is realized by using intermediate diode in the circuit. The process of the circuit working period of a prototype of 450-750V input and multiple output is analyzed. The experimental waveforms are introduced at input voltage of 520V. It is showed that copper saving, volume reduction and better dynamic characteristics are reached with the cascade topology.
