摘要
利用回收废旧纸板再造纸排出的纸浆废液与木纳等材料生产的水泥助磨剂,直接替代市场传统水泥助磨剂应用于生产水泥粉磨中,具有显著的助磨和增强效果,克服了传统助磨剂使水泥需水量增加、强度降低、水泥与减水剂相容性差、生产成本高等问题,提高了纸浆废水利用率,减少了纸浆废水排放,节约了水资源,提高了水泥的综合性能,保护生态环境不受污染,降低了能耗,节约了水泥生产成本。
The cement grinding aid produced by recycling waste paperboard and recycled paper pulp and wood and other materials directly replaces the market traditional cement grinding aids used in the production of cement grinding, which has significant grinding and reinforcement effects. It overcomes problems of the traditional grinding aid,such as increase of cement water demand, strength decrease, poor compatibility of cement and water reducer, high production cost. It improves pulp wastewater utilization, reduces pulp wastewater discharge, saves water resources, and improves cement comprehensive performance. It protects the ecological environment from pollution, reduce energy consumption, and saves cement production costs.
